Meet our leadership and staff.

Pastors Joe and Dawn Marie Colaw

Pastor Joe and Dawn Marie serve as lead pastors. They have been serving First Wesleyan Church since 1991. Pastor Joe has been in full time ministry since 1977. He has earned an undergraduate degree in religion from Oklahoma Wesleyan University and a Master’s Degree from Wesley Seminary. Dawn Marie works in congregational care ministries at First Wesleyan Church. She has an undergraduate degree in education and a Master’s Degree in counseling. In addition, she is a certified Life Coach. Pastor Joe and Dawn Marie were married in 1975 and have two sons, two daughters-in-law, eight grandchildren and one granddaughter-in-law.

Pastors Mike and Darci Wilson

Pastor Mike Wilson serves as Lead Pastor of First Wesleyan Church. Mike is passionate about reaching people who are far from God and helping them become who God created them to be.

Mike is a graduate of Oklahoma Wesleyan University, where he earned degrees in Pastoral Ministry and Business Administration (MBA). He also holds a Doctor of Ministry from Portland Seminary. He is also an author, with two books published by Wipf and Stock Publishers.

Originally from Olathe, Kansas, Mike previously spent fifteen years in ministry at New Life Wesleyan Church in Gillette, Wyoming.

Mike and his wife, Darci, were married in March of 2009 after meeting at Oklahoma Wesleyan University. Darci serves as the Development Director at Wesleyan Christian School and is an ordained pastor in The Wesleyan Church. Their two sons, Lincoln and Titus, both attend Wesleyan Christian School and love caring for their 15 pet snakes. As a family, they enjoy escape rooms, Chick-fil-A, and cheering for the Kansas City Chiefs.
